Maker Park Radio

Maker Park Radio is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community radio station and arts collective located in the Stapleton/Stapleton-Harborfront neighbourhood of Staten Island. It was founded to create a hub for artists and music lovers — offering a space for DJs, musicians, and creators to produce radio shows, broadcasts, and events spanning a wide variety of genres including hip-hop, electronic, global music, indie, and experimental sounds. The organization supports community-driven music and culture by providing free (or low-cost) access to studio space, workshops (DJing, broadcasting, content creation), and public programming, with an emphasis on artistic expression, collaboration, and accessibility. Maker Park Radio also hosts live-music events and partners with community organizations to offer a platform for local talent, arts discussions, and cultural exchange.
