Hi, I’m Tricia — a certified RYT 200 Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor through Breathe For Change, a holistic program that integrates yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning (SEL). I’m passionate about creating inclusive, heart-led self-care practices for women in midlife, helping us pause, breathe, move, connect with our bodies and with one another. My teaching blends mindful movement with a sense of community, encouraging us to nurture both strength and softness while cultivating the “thinking mind of the heart.
