Nine Orchard

Nine Orchard is a luxury boutique hotel located in the restored landmark Jarmulowsky Bank Building at the intersection of 9 Orchard Street and 10 Allen Street, New York, NY 10002. The hotel officially opened in June 2022 after a meticulous renovation of the 1912 Beaux-Arts building, which included bringing back original details like vaulted ceilings, limestone facades, and the rooftop tempietto. Today it features 113 rooms designed with a refined, residential feel, combining old-world architecture with modern comfort.
