I am a yoga and meditation guide, sound practitioner, and retreat organizer. My work is centered around helping people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their natural rhythm. I offer gentle yoga classes, Yoga Nidra, gong sound relaxation, and immersive Ayurveda retreats in India. My approach is slow, supportive, and intentionally calming — creating spaces where the nervous system can soften and the mind can exhale. My mission is to offer rest, presence, and genuine care in a world that asks us to constantly do more.
