PlayPlay & Fifi Hi-Fi are a DJ duo based in Durham, NC, who create immersive, nostalgic dance experiences inspired by rave culture. Fifi Hi-Fi has been spinning vinyl since the early 2000s, bringing a strong turntablism foundation with big beats, deep bass, and an analog feel. PlayPlay complements this with layered sets that feature percussion, dreamy synths, and nostalgic samples, blending electronic, dance, and rave elements for both high-energy and atmospheric moments.
