SECC Black Ministries is a department within the Southeastern California Conference that focuses on supporting and empowering churches and individuals in the African-American Adventist community across Riverside, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties. The ministry organizes annual gatherings, leadership workshops, and youth-oriented events aimed at spiritual growth, cultural enrichment, and community connection, and highlights its network of 17 predominantly African-American congregations in the region.
