Sickle Cell C.A.U.S.E - Community Peer To Peer Support Group

Sickle Cell C.A.U.S.E is a peer-led support organisation based at St Ann’s Hospital in London, dedicated to providing holistic care and advocacy for individuals living with sickle cell disease and their families. Their programmes bring together “warriors” and carers through sister-buddy circles, empowerment workshops, nutritional sessions, and mental-health check-ins in safe, affirming spaces. They emphasise understanding lived experience, creating community unity, and promoting self-advocacy through listening, sharing, and action.
