Teri Henderson

Teri Henderson is a Baltimore-based arts writer, curator, and cultural event host known for her work spotlighting local creatives and community engagement in the Baltimore art scene. She is the Arts & Culture Editor at Baltimore Beat and the author of Black Collagists, a book and digital platform highlighting Black collage artists. Henderson’s writing has appeared in Baltimore Beat, Artforum, BmoreArt, and other cultural outlets, and she has co-directed community-centered arts initiatives such as WDLY that create space for contemporary artists of color through curated events, exhibitions, and public programs. She also organizes and presents creative events like Collage Party @ Peabody Heights Brewery, encouraging communal artistic expression and connection.
