Trishna Monplaisir, LMSW, is a Brooklyn-born licensed social worker, wellness architect, and community builder who designs and leads experiences centered on emotional wellbeing, collective care, and holistic healing. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit and healing fields, she founded The Release Program as part of her work to help women connect, reflect, and release emotional stress through community-centered workshops and wellness gatherings.
