USCG Auxiliary Southeast District Division 3 is part of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, the uniformed volunteer component of the U.S. Coast Guard that focuses on enhancing maritime safety, boating education, and community outreach. Division 3 serves Broward and southern Palm Beach counties, supporting the Coast Guard’s mission through public boating safety education, vessel safety checks, search and rescue support, and promoting safe recreational boating practices. Members are trained volunteers who assist Coast Guard units with non-law-enforcement missions, including community engagement and marine safety patrols, embodying the organization’s core values of honor, respect, and devotion to duty. Division units also participate in maintaining navigational safety and encouraging preparedness among local mariners.
